Use Waiver on Soto

Some guy just dropped Soto in a 12-team 5X5 Yahoo league. Is it worth using my waiver to pick up Soto? Will he turn it around enough to trade for better pitching?

Don't waste your time on Soto. He is in sophomor slump that could plague him all year. You already have McCann and your pitching is strong already. I don't think Soto could get you much in a trade anyway at least at this point. So I would hold off and he might even clear waivers.
