Personally, I would just for the health factor. If you're looking at keeping someone year after year, I think it's important to know they'll actually make their 25~30 games started or at least 500 AB consistently. Plus you get younger; anyways, my two cents.

I absolutely would take that trade...you get 2 23 years that haven't even nearly hit their ceiling of potential. Essentially, your giving 1 keeper and getting 2 in return.

Yes, this is a good trade for you. Harden is injured so much and Hamilton has been having injury problems too. Adam Jones has been a stud this year.
