...and he's still thugging and bugging--I believe he pitched 2 innings in the all star game striking out 3 , no runs allowed.

Depends on your format. Some leagues he is definitely worth it (though I would guess those leagues he is already on a team), others he is not.

picked him up in my dynasty league and planned on just stashing him since he will be on a pitch count limit but it looks like i'm going to start starting him now. the most impressive thing besides throwing a 1-hitter against the reds, in great american BP, was that he pitched 7 innings while only throwing 86 pitches.
