I have been asked to join a 14 team, basic 5 x 5 league with 28 roster spots. This is a keeper league where we will apparently keep 20 of our 28 players each year. It is a 5 year league. Our draft will be over the All-Star break weekend this year (first season being 2010) I have been playing fantasy football for 12 years but only baseball the last four or five and I don't claim to be an expert by any means. My team this year is in 9th place. Anyway I wanted to come up with good starting pitching rankings, here if my first copy. I probably need a lot of help with it!

Half of your guys in the bottom 25 are in the free agency of my 16 team dynasty league. Zito? Laffey? Bannister? No. The list is alright up to where you have Liriano far too high. I don't have time to post my changes to the list, but Derek Holland needs to be a LOT higher and David Huff had to be a joke...
Sean Tracey has my apologies, we all know Ozzie Guillen is an idiot. I'm rooting for you!

Forgetting Hamels is a huge oversight.
Apart from that, Edwin Jackson, Cueto and Josh Johnson should all move up. Like someone else said, Liriano is too high. Cliff Lee should move down a few spots. John Maine should be higher than 92...especially with the way their new stadium is playing.

I disagree, I think you've got it backwards. A young, ground ball pitcher with an elite K/9 like Joba has a lot of upside. The only real knock on him is whether or not he can stay healthy pitching 200 innings per year, but Santana is just as much (if not more) of an injury risk.
2008 has been the only great season in Santana's career. Hes been mediocre the majority of the time. And right now he doesn't look healthy -- his velocity is significantly down. IDK, I'm just not convinced.
