Votto is a elite 1b so I wouldn't drop him, Downs would be droppable as well as Reynolds, but value wise you can use A-Ram, Lidge and Downs as trade bait, and Reynolds brings less value so I would drop him

Oh the reason I say that Reynolds has the least trade value is that he is extremely streaky, and he can get really cold really quick, which makes him less valuable.
