Peavy and bad shoulder!?!?

Postby kaniball » Fri May 29, 2009 2:13 pm

haven't heard this until I read an article the other day. Type "peavy shoulder" without quotes in google news and its the first page.

i'll paste the part here
"--There have been concerns with Peavy's shoulder since the World Baseball Classic, but he has pitched through it so far."
This plus ankle tendinitis?

Should I trade peavy based on this info? Anyone got any more info?

I traded him the other day for Carlos Pena after finally giving up on Big Papi...

Honestly, though, he has pitched pretty well thus far. I don't think he has any hidden shoulder injury that's waiting to flare up and send him to the DL...if he did, I imagine his control and overall play would be getting worse instead of getting better as the season has progressed...
