My Reynolds/Hamilton/Martin 4 Wieters/Fielder/T.Hunter?

I'm considering making BOTH of these trades. 1) Are both trades fair value? and 2) Am I better off with the mix of players I'm getting?

The first trade is this -

TRADE 1
Give - Reynolds/J.Hamilton
Get - Wieters/Fielder

Then I would turn around and make this trade...

TRADE 2
Give - R.Martin
Get - T.Hunter

So I'd go from Reynolds/Hamilton/R.Martin to Wieters/Fielder/T.Hunter.
