Ideally you'd give Wieters some time to adjust to big league pitching before using him, but he really couldn't be much worse than Martin has been at this point. You might as well plug him into your lineup and see what he can do.
Also, I'd hang onto both for a while. Martin's trade value is at an all-time low and he still has time to turn it around. Plus, it's likely you're going to want someone in a timeshare with Wieters.
