Tyring to make a trade, please help WHIR

Postby Robert1977 » Thu May 28, 2009 11:20 am

I'm in a 12-team, 6X6 (SB-CS, HD), NL-only with 32-man rosters. I am in sixth place, and I'm trying to work my way into a money position. I'm in the middle levels in wins, ERA, WHIP and Ks. I'm near the top half or the top quarter in R, RBI and HR.

I've been offered: Wandy Rodriguez, Cristian Guzman and Manny Ramirez

I'd give up: Miguel Tejada, Joe Thurston, Conor Jackson and Gaby Sanchez

Thoughts?

Personally, I would do it in a heartbeat. Wandy is more than solid and from the looks of things, you aren't giving up much that is going to hurt you. You'll have Manny for over half the season still. :)

Take it, the most valuable player you're giving up is Tejada and Guzman will get the job done for you.

Yeah. I agree that you must take that trade although I'm very concerned with Wandy's last performance, even so you are not giving up very much and once Ramirez returns thats a plain win win for you.

Yup, like the deal as well. Don't see any real deal breakers on your side, and both Wandy and Manny will help you over the course of the season.

Help if you can?
