You do not need Tejada. Michael Young is a VERY serviceable SS the way it is. Plus your giving up the best player in the trade. I would not do it if I were you.

You are sacrificing a lot to get SBs. Roberts & Figgins alone should usually win you SBs each week, if you are in a weekly league. It kind of looks that you are hurting in HRs and trading away Arod will hurt you even more.
