Why the heck are Beltre and Jr. hitting ahead of Branyan

Perfect example today already, Ichiro gets to 3rd with no outs and 2-4 can't get him in, then Branyan leads off the 2nd with a hit. Their stupid batting order is costing me runs and RBI from both Branyan and Ichiro.

How many freakin times does Ichiro need to get on 3rd with 0 or 1 outs and those losers behind him not get him in before the idiot managing that team realizes to move Branyan up to 3rd in the batting order? This is getting to be laughable. I think that has happened 5 times in the last week or so.
