I was offered Dustin Pedroia for Raul Ibanez

My league is a keeper league where we keep 6 players and my keepers from last year are...

with the hairline fracture in Phillips hand has me thinking of doing it but Ibanez is on a tear and it would be hard to part from him considering the lineup he is batting in. But he is old and Pedroia is the reigning AL MVP. My other outfielders are Damon, Cameron, and Pence.

Do it. Ibanez is not gonna keep it up all year. He's putting up 1st round production, but if he was considered this good, he would have been drafted in the first round.

I would go ahead and make that deal. Ibanez is on a tear now sure, but your being in a keeper makes Pedroia all the more valuable. Getting 3-4 years of Pedroia is much better than a hot Ibanez for this season, and who knows what Ibanez does next season, or how much gas he has left in the tank.
