what is going on in this game? I saw Downs came in pitched 2/3 of an inning. Did he blow the save?

Wow, this is the kind of knack for losing I only used to expect out of the Maple Leafs or Aaaarrrrrrggooooooooooss. Was crazy, as soon as Hill hit the HR I felt totally certain they were going to find another way to blow it.
