DO I trade my Pujols & Lilly for A-Rod & Gallardo?

I would like to improve my SP and have 3B secured as a keeper for next season.

12 Team H2H league, with 6 Keepers -- players with a "K" are eligible to be kept thru 2010.

pujols is a bit > than arod
but gallardo is waaay better than lilly

Assuming you can keep A Rod for as long as you can keep Albert, I'd do it. Overall it makes your lineup better.

Is Gallardo enough to make it worth giving up Pujols here?

I'd do it. If he'd been healthy, ARod would have been a first rounder this year (maybe a pick after Pujols). You've got 1B depth with MCab and Howard. With MCab losing 3B next year, a lineup with ARod and MCab (is way better than a lineup with Pujols, some scrub at 3B. Gallardo is a bug upgrade on Lilly and should be a keeper as well (since he's only getting better). I think it's enough. If you want to reach a bit, add a 3rd player to both sides of the trade that improves you a bit somewhere.
