need to move sandoval or inge WHIR

So i now have sandoval, inge and wieters in a league where i can start only one catcher. Im going to fosure hold onto wieters but i would want to move sandoval or inge but cant decide on who to move/drop. Which will look prettier in potential trade and/or which is more easily droppable?

Inge is definitely more of a sell-high guy than Sandoval right now. Having said that I would first try to trade Sandoval for a Nolasco or package him for a Kazmir. If that doesn't work, try to package Inge with an overachieving pitcher for a higher-tier underachieving pitcher. If neither work, drop Sandoval.

I would aim to trade Inge first simply because he is a typical sell high at the moment and probably has more perceived value to other teams
