I wouldn't drop anyone for Weiters from your team. If your league doesn't value speed and has guys like Taveras or Bourne on Waivers I might drop Pierre for him. Just because of Weiters hits really well you could trade McCann for a hefty price.

Pierre is red-hot at the moment though. I am loving him in my 5x5 roto league.

That's tough, as your team is pretty stacked. I suppose Hart or Rios are the weak links if you really want him.
