I was offered Lind, S. Drew and Zambrano for Reyes. I'm thinking about countering with Upton and Ramirez for Reyes instead. Is that a fair deal and more to the point, a good deal for me? He probably wouldn't accept, but his team is near last place in a 20 team keeper league, so maybe he'd do the deal in hopes for having Reyes next year too.

Upton and Ramirez is a great deal for you. Im down on Upton at this point because of his strikeout rate, but Reyes impending DL trip and Ramirez's hints at a breakout make it worth it for me.

In a non-keeper league this trade would probably be less tasteful, but as you said a sinking ship of a team could look to acquire Reyes. If you can grab onto A Ram right now it would probably be a good move for you to make. Without knowing the teams I like it.

Go Jay Bruce. Credits to Super Manny.

If not very experimented in keeper leagues but Reyes is a stud . I would keep him. He still have some great years in front of him

Upton and Ramirez is a great trade for you, Ramirez is breaking out of his slump as I have been hoping he would after the benching.
Thanks for the help

Totally worth it ... any question marks about Upton are just as much on Reyes, and Ramirez has the upside too.
