Where to go....

So this is my first year in an established keeper. 10 team roto keep 15 with salary cap. My roster is listed below (contracts bold), basically I am in the middle of the pack (bouncing from 6th-3rd) and am not sure if I should try and work out a deal to improve my roster for this year or if I should start trying to stack my team for next year. Let me know what you think... I really am about 50-50 on this...
