The batting average, number of Ks, low number of homers, runs, and rbis is KILLING this team. I can blame a large part of that on the struggles of Stephen Drew (.190 average over 84ABS, with only 8runs, 2hrs, 13rbs), B.J. Upton (.194 average) and the prolonged power drought from Wright, abysmal slump of Kinsler, and tepid start of Josh Hamilton. I thought my pitching was coming into form, but now Erv/Kazmir take away two spots I thought were going to be occupied by contributing #2-3SP's. This team is losing in landslides nearly every week, or scraping together narrow victories, and it's banished to 9th/10 currently.

Do I need to make drastic moves, or hold?

FA Arms: Nolasco is the only one I'd stash.

I don't think DeRosa should be on the WW, I'd try to find a way to get him onto your roster. You may also want to ride Cuddyer while he's hot to help you in some categories. I think you'd be ok letting go of Willis, you have a bunch of other quality arms.

If you can find a trade taker for Hamilton, then go for it -- but it would be a sell low.

I would probably drop Willis and pick up Derosa, as I see him maybe getting traded and being valuable down the stretch.

If I picked up Derosa, who would I drop? Willis? And who would I play him over? Or is he simply a bench bat?
