Definitely. If you have a DL slot pick him up. ;-D

CQ was put on the DL retroactive to May 26th. Thoughts on him when he comes back? Does he return to his beast form from earlier in the year and last year? How severe is the injury to his foot, will it be the type of injury that hampers him and flares up throughout the remainder of the season?

If it is plantar fasciitis, than I would expect him to be just fine once he is fully recovered. As I mentioned earlier, I've had it, and there really aren't any long-term effects, other than that buying shoes is a little more complicated (due to the orthontic inserts I wear).

If untreated it can come back, but I'd expect he's getting very good treatment for it. It is a little more common in basketball players; I think Yao Ming and Kobe Bryant have had it in the past.

The things to be cautious about are that there still isn't much of a record on this guy, and he could be pretty rusty, however, my expectations would be that he puts up similar numbers to the last year once he is back; possibly with fewer SBs, although that isn't one of his major draws anyway. If he is dropped I would definitely pick him up, and it might be worth looking into trading for him depending on what his owner is like in your league.

I'd expect #s around .270/35/110 (if prorated over a full season).
