What do you think he is worth? Should I wait for him to get 2-3 saves in a row and convince someone that he is back to his old form and try and deal him?

His value is very low right now. If he blows anymore saves then you can bet phillies will be looking to make a change at the position.

I'd hold onto him and then maybe deal him when he gets back on track. Right now you'd have to sell low on him and wouldn't get full value. He's got a pretty long leash given what he did last year. That said, I'd pick up Ryan Madson as insurance in your league if he's available just in case.

Is this a good time to make an offer for Lidge?
Would offering Kevin Gregg or Dice-K for him make sense?
Lidge might turn around and do good, but he also might lose the closing job.
Is it a crapshoot on either side of such a trade?
