AL only Starter Pick-up

Which of these guys is worth a pick up in AL only league?

1. Jakubauskas
2. Swarzak

Jakubauskas is quite possibly the worst pitcher I have ever seen. Don't pick him up. I'm watching Swarzak very closely and have added him to some 20 team leagues and AL only leagues, Casey Janssen has gone virtually ignored since his return and would also be a decent pick up.
