Volstad/Liriano/Danks??

In a weird situation. Right now, I am 51.1 innings over the pace (1250ip) in a 12 team 5x5 roto. I have an abundance os starters, and have had absolutely no success in trading this away. Other than these three, I also have Hamels, Felix, Shields and The Unit (whom I am tempted to drop for the OF flavor of the week).

**I need help in ERA and WHIP, but my counting pitching stats are fine.**


Do I sit all of these guys today? Start one, or two? What is your confidence level in these guys? I have a luxury of picking my match-ups for awhile, but am sure to have some gems on my bench, which sux!

I have very little confidence now in Liriano esp against Boston. They tore him up earlier this year and he has had major control problems. Easy one here...stash him on your bench. absolutely don't start him.

Danks. Danks had a nice outing against Minnesota last week and I think he has gotten his bad outings out of the way for the first half of the season. I would start Danks. In limited action vs Angels he has a 2.16 ERA against them.

Volstad. Bench vs hot Philly hitting team.
