I haven't followed the game but just checked in on it.
Price's line thus far
3ip, 77piches, 2h, 3bb, 5k
That's a high pitch count for 3 innings. I doubt he even goes 5 tonight depending on how the 4th goes. But if he does, he'll surely be in line for the W. 9-0, top of the 4th with only 1 out.

Do we have another Scott Kazmir here? Someone who throws a ton of pitches to get through a game? I know it's his first game this year and he had to be a little psyched up but with a ten run cushion and couldn't even get a win? Not good.

LOL...it is his first game this year...Wow...give him a break, I guess you were expecting a no hitter?
Give him a few starts before comparing him to someone else.

Can't get out of the 4th? pfft....
Obviously this means Price has a closer's mentality and should be in the bullpen.

Instead of complaining when he got sent down, he should have really worked on his command

.
The Closer shouldn't have even had to come in though. Most closers probably would have blew that game, let alone a committee.

Wow, what a ridiculous comeback. I guess Price wouldn't have been in line for the win anyway.
