Price walked and struck out a ton of batters in the 3.1 he pitched. I think most expected this though...

Do you guys expect him to stick with the club upon Kaz's return? I need help with K/9 and was offered Saito, who has been pitchibg very well lately, for Price. I am set at SP (carpenter, gallardo, wainright, garza, slowey)...should I take offers 4 price? He struggled with control at AAA, will it continue?

Ha! Are you kidding? Saito for Price? That's a horrible trade and you are NOT set in pitching either my friend. Hold on to Price unless the Price is right, bitch.

Really, 1 start and you're already thinking about sending him back to AAA? I don't think they brought him up to send him right back down. If he's still pitching like this after say 4 or 5 starts then maybe they do something. Do you think Kaz was pitching better then this start before his "injury" mysteriously appeared? I think I saw rumors about bringing Kaz back a RP, but probably no truth in that.

I think at least some of Price's struggles in AAA probably had to do with him working on things management asked him to work sort of like a lot of pitchers do in spring training. His last start in AAA he pitched 5 no-hit innings with 9Ks, I believe I read.

As for trading Price, if you don't need him then you might as well trade him, but right now is probably not the best time. You should have either traded him before his start, or wait and hope he has a good 2nd start, because right now you'd probably be trading low on him. Good time to try and trade FOR him though.
