Rate these waiver pitchers

I'm in a monthly points league that awards points for starting pitchers as follows:

W = 10
K = 2

I'm kind of desperate for pitching and would like some advice about who the best waiver pitcher would be. (My starters are Peavy, Haren, Kazmir, Price, Chamberlain and J. Sanchez)

Here are my waiver choices:

Wandy Rodriquez, Edwin Jackson, Matt Palmer, Joe Saunders, Chris Carpenter, Jered Weaver, Randy Johnson, Matt Garza.

There are plenty of others, but these are the guys that I'm looking at the most. I can't pick anyone up until May 1st, and I can only pick one. Thanks for the help.
