On the surface, it sounds good - three studs for one, with Slowely thrown in. But, there are questions surrounding Beckett for the last year in terms of consistency, A-Rods hip could go at any time, and Price is going to be on a STRICT pitch limit, and he will start out with a per start limit of 80 pitches, so you may be walking into a bunch of "Max Scherzer No-Decisions".

However, I would absolutely do it for this reason - if A Rod plays all year, he'll still hit 40 HRs in that new softball field named Yankee Stadium.

6 keepers huh? Any restrictions?
You've got plenty of keeper options, and I'm not sure Beckett would be one of them. Cabrera is 8 years (?) younger then ARod. If you can keep Price as long as you want, he's a great option. Cabrera will likely have to be slotted at UT for you next year since he has and will not played a game at 3B this year. ARod vs Cabrera is pretty much a wash this year and long term I'd rather have Cabrera in a keeper. Slowey is starting to come around. If he's high on Slowey, you might see about eliminating ARod and Cabrera from the deal. downgrade Beckett to something else and keep Price in the deal. You will likely have to add something else too.
Good luck, feel free to PM me
