It's difficult to pick a "winner" without seeing what your team currently looks like, but I would lean towards the Longoria/Bedard side. But again, it would be a lot easier if you posted your team.

The X factor here is the fact that Sabathia will be pitching half his remaining games in a stadium on pace to allow the most HRs in the history of baseball. Seattle has one of the best defenses in MLB, so I say take the trade and run!!!

I'd probably take Longoria with or without Bedard, based on player value alone.
