Should I trade Peavy?

Another owner in my league has expressed interest in Peavy. It's a H2H, 8x8 league. My team's currently in 7th place (out of 10), but I'm 15-0 going into today and feel pretty good about my team going forward:

C - Sandoval
1B - Pena
2B - Pedroia
SS - Drew
3B - Wright
OF - Soriano, Hunter, Dye
Util - Ordonez
B - Branyan, Hardy, Victorino, Ortiz
SP - Peavy, Beckett, Harden, E. Santana, Vasquez, Cain
RP - Fransisco, Downs, Bell

Even with Harden heading to the DL, I think my pitching staff is looking rock solid now.

His team:
C - IRod
1B - Berkman
2B - Roberts
SS - Cabrera
3B - ARod
OF - Lee, Ibanez, Hawpe
Util - Lowell
B - Ethier, ARam
SP - Dempster, Wakefield, Saunders, Jurrjens, Price, Carpenter ,Liriano, Porcello
RP - Broxton, Sherril, Soria


While I'd love to keep my pitching staff in tact as I think it's got the potential to be an incredibly dominant squad the rest of the year, I think I could use a boost in my lineup. In particular, I like Berkman and Lee. I'd also like to grab one of his pitchers in return, probably someone who wouldn't cost much but has high upside (think: Price or Carpenter).

Would Peavy/Branyan for Berkman/Price or Carpenter be worthwhile for me?
