I took over a team in a 20 team dynasty league this year. It's a H2H league, 6x6 with OPS and holds.
This is the first time I've been in a league with more than 12 teams, so I'm not quite sure how to evaluate players. The fact that it's a dynasty team where we keep almost the entire roster year to year complicates things.
Is Brett Cecil worth hanging on to in a league of this format and size?

Well, yes, but it depends who you are letting go, of course. I wouldn't let Hanley or Pujols walk for him....

Does your league have any minor league slots? I'd assume yes, but it isn't a given.
I still rank Cecil as a B+ pitching prospect.
