Bench Damon, Lee, Upton, Suzsuki or Werth for week 8? WHIR!

I'm in a 10 man head to head league against a good team in week 8 and need to know which 2 outfielders to bench and which 3 to start. Carlos Lee, Ichiro Suzuki, Juston Upton, Johnny Damon, and Jayson Werth are my OF. I'm thinking Suzuki, Upton and Lee. Help please. WHIR %100! Scoring categories are as follows with (points shown): HR(4pts), SB(2), CS(-1), K(-.5), 1B-3B(1-3), BB(1), RBI(1), Run(1), HP (1). Thanks
