Return to Draft, Trade, Keeper and Waivers Questions

I am considering picking him up. I would have to drop SS Stephen Drew. I am really behind on innings due to injuries, some really bad outings by my pitchers has left me quite short of total innings so far this year. Should I hold onto Drew or is Willis worth a shot. If he pans out I can use him or one of my other talented pitchers as trade bait. Thoughts?
I play in a 14 team standard head to head league.

I am not ready to jump on the D-Train yet. I would hold onto Drew and see how Willis does on his next outing. Willis has show promise but I think the jury is still out.
Thanks for the help with mine!
