Tight pitching duel, need help!

I'm in a very tight pitching duel in terms of ERA and wins right now. I have one more Win than he does and I've got 1.57 ERA vs his 1.64 ERA.

I've got Lowe vs Toronto today, Matt Cain vs Seattle today, and CC Sabathia vs Philly tommorrow.
He's got Cliff Lee vs Cinn. and Mark Buerhle vs Pittsburgh tommorrow.

Looking at team batting avgs, I'm thinking I'll start Matt Cain and CC Sabathia since they're playing against teams that don't have great batting avgs.
I know Lowe is a good/great pitcher, but I look at Toronto and they're at or near the top of the league in all batting categories. So now I'm not too sure if I should start him. I'd hate for Toronto to go off on a batting spree and make my ERA skyrocket, yet every Win might count. What do you guys think?
