Where can I improve? WHIR!

Right now I am in a close race for first and second place but I am looking for ways to improve my team. I feel like I have lost a lot of trading leverage and now don't know what to do to upgrade. Any ideas would be helpful. This is a 12 team regular yahoo roto league, non-keeper. Also, my most lacking stat is saves.

Where did your first round draft pick go? And I'd try to sell high on Jurrjens, maybe package him with the rather useless Ziegler to bring in a high quality closer to help you out with saves. No way Jurrjens keeps this up.

yeah i agree you need a serious closer and id try jurjens with ziegler or even wieters to get that closer and maybe a sp

in a 12 team yahoo league you should have a decent chance at getting some scrap saves. for example, look at the TB pen and grab a good reliever of theirs, as they all will gets SV opps apparently. also, with closers changing weekly, keep tabs on the closers thread in leftovers and be quick on any news you receive. grab a guy if he gets the job and get instant help there.

here's some trade-able players: Wieters, Soto, Derosa, Lee, Al. Ramirez, Jurrjens, Taveres, or Pierre

i'd look to upgrade to some 20/20 OF (ala Hart, McLouth) - you don't need 2 speed demons that bring in very little else
i'd obviously address you RP (but that can be managed by staying uptodate on the volatile closers situations)
see if you can maybe land Votto for lee (try to get votto on the cheap sense he's been missing time)
and look at trying to catch lighting in a bottle with Price, Mendlen, Buchholz, or Hanson

One of your speed people along with Jurrjens and Ziegler may get you a decent closer and a decent catcher, since Soto isn't hitting this year and who knows when Weiters will get called up. Jonathan Sanchez is being labeled as Oliver Perez jr. so I would shop him too.
