Help making trade offer for pitching

My pitching staff is struggling miserably and I have found a well rounded team in my league with plenty of pitchers who needs a first baseman. I am willing to trade over Adrian Gonzalez, but I want to make sure I am getting all the value for him. I want some input on who you think is the best pitcher or pitchers that I can get for Adrian from this guys staff. I am just talking starting pitching and here is his staff:
