Hang on to Webb. Right now he's not going to bring you any better hitters than you already have, but you could use the help when he comes off the DL.

Webb is taking his time so he should come back at 100% - he's a stud pitcher and if you try to trade him now you probably won't get good value for him. If you're really keen on trading him for some hitting I would wait until he comes back, hope he has a good start, and try to trade him at that point.

With your team though I would personally just keep him - if he comes back from the injury pitching like his normal self he will be the best pitcher on your roster.
