Is Matt Harrison worth picking up?

Im in a 16 team league and have already used 16 out of my 30 transactions for the season. My pitching staff is pretty weak with Vazquez, Kazmir, Scherzer, Jimenez, Lohse, Nolasco and Kuroda (on the DL). Should I add Harrison or drop Lohse? Anyone believe in this guy? And we do get points for CG which he has 2.
