Kershaw the real deal?

Postby SauberF1 » Fri May 22, 2009 1:46 pm

I've read a while back that Kershaw is developing in to a good fantasy pitcher but since he is still new to the game there will be growing pains. What do you guys think of him? He is worth a pick up?

I had him on my team for a while before he start to pick it up. Who should I drop if I do pick him up? Keep in mind I lose in SV consistently.

I'm assuming long-term value over the season.

My ERA is 4.53 and WHIP is 1.36.

.500 for for W, ERA, and WHIP

dunno if this might help you answer?

drop Cruz or Troncoso for him immediately unless you count holds

I agree w/ this comment. As it seems that Kershaw could put it all together at any point. I'd be careful starting him for a while. He's posting a 0.95 ERA at Home and +7.00 ERA on the road.

I like Kershaw quite a bit actually and would drop Cruz to get him. The Izzy is right though, be careful with him especially on the road.

Help with mine?
