Billingsley/Parra for Adam Jones/Ziegler

Here we are again: I've been offered Adam Jones and Brad Ziegler for my Chad Billingsley and a throwaway in Gerrardo Parra.

Jones doesn't really help with Steals, I'd be buyng high, but he helps in runs and is a good outfielder to have. Plus Billingsley's pitch counts have been high and his control has begun to slip. What should I do? as always, WHIR.

You definitely could use Jones at your U or OF. But your SP is not that great without Billingsley. E-Jack and Garza are good, but Greinke and Billingsley are your everyday must-starts. If you were to do this I'd either ask for an upgrade at RP, Ziegler has been a question mark after this battle with sickness or for a buy-low SP, like Nolasco, Danks, Chris B Young, Smoltz, or Kazmir. Someone with upside or potential to bounce back.
