I am interested to know the answer. I'm sitting with Jimenez and can't decide whether to throw him tonight. Pitching categories are mostly pretty close. I may need the Ks and hope he doesn't kill my whip. Anyone else have an opinion on his chances tonight?

Porcello would be my top pick of those 4. I have Kershaw on two teams and I am trying to decide last minute if I want to start him against the Angels. The one thing that is going in his favor is that he has a 0.95 ERA at home with 19 IP (of course 2 of those starts were against SD and San Fran, so I don't know how much stock to put into those numbers). The Angels do bat a little worse away, but not that much. I think if you need the start, there could be worse options. I will probably start him and expect a feast or famine type of start ;-D

i am deciding whether or not to throw jimenez tonight as well! I am in a roto league and am dominating the whips and era cats and for some reason all of my pitchers are big k guys and i am way behind in the k and w cats! I have j santana throwing tonight as well and am hoping he will balance jimenez out but santana isn't going to have an easy night at Boston. I can't sit johan.

I like jimenezs ability and definetly like him on the road but detriot isn't much different than coors. I take it you can only throw one sp? I have written a paragraph trying to talk me out of throwing jimenez tonight but it hasn't worked so I guess that means i am going to see what he can do

I vote for jimenez!

why not pitch Kershaw vs. the Vlady-less Angels? have they become a powerful offensive force while i was asleep?? :-)
as for Jimenez, i like him tonight as well. the Tigers are not an offensive force either and you have the Huge field instead of the Bandbox in Colorado.
