Thoughts on SP's

okay, if I could get some thoughts on a few pitchers and their prices in the league I am in, I would be very appreciative.

Rodrigo Lopez $3
Jon Leiber $3
Kurt Ainsworth $3
Horacio Ramirez $7
Gil Meche $9
Freddy Garcia $14
Kip Wells $15.

To give you an idea of the values in this league:

Roy Halladay, Mark Prior $34 - highest
and the median seems to be $17 with Wade Miller, Brad Radke, Brian Lawrence and Woody Williams.

Wade Miller valued the same as Brad Radke. Wow


Kurt Ainsworth at $ 3 if he is healthy is great value compared to Meche at $ 9 (don't go there)

You can put a line through Rodrigo and Lieber. One is injured again and the other was awful last season

Kip Wells is a good pitcher who should have a solid season but $ 15 pitching for a team that might only win 50 games may be a bit much.

Ramirez at $7 could be good value but I'm always wary of second year SP's to put up similar numbers or improve.

Freddy at $14 looks great value if you compare that to Lawrences and Radkes value.
