Nomo no mo'?

Coming off offseason shoulder surgery, Nomo is having an awful spring. I don't judge by spring training stats, but I do watch for control after surgery on a pitching shoulder. With 5 walks to 1 strikeout in 8 innings going along with 8 runs I'm getting a little worried. Should I push the panic button or just hold on for the ride?

I think his best years are behind him but he should still be a respectable 3-4th fantasy starter.

Most likely he's just working on building arm strength and finding location. I wouldn't be too concerned just yet. Now if his first few starts of the season are rocky, then there would be a reason for concern.

Didn't Nomo start slowly the last few seasons? I don't know how much I would read in to his spring perforances.
