In a keeper league, does one have to consider trading Peavy now, in advance, in case he does get trades somewhere that really takes a hit on his fantasy value?

Apparently they can name Gordon Beckham as a player to be named later, to get around the fact that he hasn't been a pro for a year yet.

I'd say it would be very very likely that he is the centrepiece. :-L

Current rumor is Aaron Poreda, Clayton Richards and 2 PTBNL (one of those players being Beckham)

According to Gammons, Beckham is not part of the deal.

ESPN's Peter Gammons reported that according to sources, the White Sox would send the Padres four players to complete the deal.

Sources told Gammons that White Sox shortstop prospect Gordon Beckham is not among the players in the deal. Beckham was the eighth overall pick in last year's amateur draft.

ESPNChicago.com's Bruce Levine reported that White Sox players in the deal include left-handed pitcher Clayton Richard and left-hander Aaron Poreda, a former No. 1 draft pick.

Great he goes from the team with the lowest runs scored in the NL to the team with the lowest runs scored in the AL.

His era is going to take a hit though movie out of that huge ballpark and into the AL.
