In a keeper league, does one have to consider trading Peavy now, in advance, in case he does get trades somewhere that really takes a hit on his fantasy value?

i think this would be a great deal.. give him a lineup that CAN actually score some runs for him.

His era is going to take a hit though movie out of that huge ballpark and into the AL.
