Soriano or Beltran

Who would you take? I know most would go Soriano, but I need AVg. and SB in my league.

Beltran's going to have a monster contract year.....he's the one!

Beltran will probably put up better stats, but Soriano plays 2B. Go for him. It's easier to find an OF who can help offensively than find a 2B who can even come close.

i am a huge beltran fan, but i would say soriano. him in texas, and the fact he is on a team which will let him run more makes it too tempting to turn down....and yeah 2nd base!!!

I'm big on Beltran this year too - but Sori's the pick for me. I'd think about taking him anywhere in the 1-3 range.

IFF Soriano bats 3rd AND they let him run, he should easily have the best season of his career. This is what I'm predicting and so I think NOBODY will have a better season than soriano

By "IFF" do you mean "if and only if" in the math sense, or did you just spell it wrong? Because I don't think batting 3rd would be a pre-requisite for a career season for him. He could very well do that out of the #1 spot.

Soriano, he plays a position which is much scarer than outfeild, if you pass on Soriano you may not have another chance to take a good 2b, there are plenty of good outfeilders.

Definetly Soriano because of his position. 2B is one of the least talented positions as far as fantasy baseball goes
