Update: B.Roberts/Prince/Cruz for Sizemore/Tex + SP?

Go for that - 2 first round picks for one. Definitely worth it.

any other suggestions? I really don't want to move Pujols, as he's solid. If I take the trade offered, It would cost me a 1st pick to keep Sizemore and a 2nd rd pick to keep Teixeria next year (and I would have to let Prince go back into the player pool at the end of the year). Both Prince and Tex were 2nd rd picks, so I could only keep one.

Right now I'm leaning toward no, as the upgrade for me isn't that great.

I tend to agree with the last thing you said. The upgrade for you isn't that great. I'd lean toward "no" as well.

Update - still trying to get a trade done here. I'm thinking of sweetening the deal, while at the same time trying to upgrade my SP position.

So, w/ Guerrero returning on Monday, and I recently claimed H. Pence off the WW, I now have an abundance of OF: J. Upton (15), J. Bruce (9), N. Cruz (23), H. Pence (23), M. Ordonez (6), V. Guerrero (23) (parenthesis # = rd selected in, which is the rd I have to give up if I keep the player. Players picked up off WW only cost a last rd pick to keep). So, I figure I'll throw an OF into the deal, and try and squeeze out a SP from the other guy. Based on his SP, J. Vazquez would be my first choice, but he might cost too much right now. So, I think R. Harden would be a good 2nd choice, as he's at a "buy low" right now and should bounce back.

Anyway, In a keeper league, I think J.Up and Bruce have the most value, so here's what I'm thinking of offering:

I give: B. Roberts, Prince, Cruz
I get: Tex, Sizemore + J. Vazquez

What do you think? Too much, not enough? I think Hill has more value than Roberts from here out, so I'd rather keep Hill (especially if I'm parting w/ a Power guy like Cruz - also Hill was a FA pickup, so he would cost a late rd pick to keep - whereas Roberts was taken in the 4th rd). I could offer Pence instead of Cruz, but I could really use the avg that Pence provides - especially if I'm starting a guy like Sizemore.

Thoughts?
