How to get Fielder?

Someone in my league just posted that Fielder was available. I already have Tex at 1B, but Fielder would be a huge bat to add if I could get him. Please take a look at the rosters below and let me know what you think I should offer that would land Fielder?:

I'd probably try to trade hill and a mike gonzalez if you think you can handle losing the saves, I don't see a solid closer on his team and you have 2 so I dunno

you can move howie to 2nd and play prince at util.
