Do you see any of them being called up during the season or starting next year

if so what are some reasonable expectations?

also- i really could use smoak to come up because i currently have helton at 1B and hes okay but his better day are behind him

also- do you know of any solid pitching prospects that no one has heard of such as the guy on the braves kris medlen?

I heard medlen is just ok and may go to the bullpen and hes not going to do so well

Reimold is already up. Beckham and McCutcheon are the only two who have a chance this year, Alvarez and Smoak have a while yet. Beckham shouldn't be called up, so realistically, REimold and McCutcheon are the only two.

Smoak wouldn't do better than Helton right now, you'd be better off with Helton.

As for pitchers, if no one has heard of Medlen, then I'll have a long list. For Medlen, everything is speculation. If he pitches well enough he will stay in the rotation.

Feldman, Cecil, are already called up but are good choices. Purcey and Niese have been called up already but currently are in AAA, and David Huff is also in AAA. Those guys are just off my team, I'm sure there are plenty more.

I think McCutchen will be up by July 17th. I wouldn't be surprised with June but I get the feeling they don't want to bring him up until he is fully ready and will play everyday.

Beckham has a chance but Ozzie said he doesn't want to call him up this year so if I had to guess I'd say September.

Smoak would need an injury to Davis or Blalock to be up imo. A Ranger fan I know said he heard they wouldn't be against trading Blalock. Davis could slip into the DH then Smoak plays 1B. But that won't happen with Davis and Blalock there and performing.

I'd be surprised if Alvarez is on the opening day roster next year so I don't think he gets a call at any point this season.

Found this- say Beckham was included in the deal to send Peavy to the CHI Sox does that increase his value and or make him come up faster?
