Nolasco and Kazmir

First of all, thanks for giving me a good definition of a deep and shallow league.
I'm not sure if this is the proper forum to ask this question, but what do you guys see down the road for Kazmir and Nolasco? Should I drop either one outright or continue to hold and hope they come around. It's obvious that I won't be able to trade them unless they are a throw-in. I'm kinda stuck between a rock and a hard place if you know what I mean. Thanks.
