Trade - Victorino/Cano/Santana for McLouth/Lilly

I've been offered the following trade:

I get
S. Victorino (PHI) - OF
R. Cano (NYY) - 2B
E. Santana (LAA) - SP

He gets
N. McLouth (PIT) - OF
T. lilly (CHC) - SP

This particular owner has been offering me trades for Lilly all season and this is the best offer I've recieved yet. He is offering me Cano to make up for Weekes going on the DL today and being out for the seaon along with Victorino (whom he sees as equal to McLouth) and Santana as a throw in to try and convince me to part with Lilly.

I'm happy to make the Victorino for McLouth swap.....and losing Lilly might be worth it if I can get a quality 2B like Cano in to replace Weekes and still have a decent Sp in Santana to fit into my pitching rotation.

Any thoughts either positive or negative? Thanks.
