With Delgado down, is Sheffield a decent fantasy option?

Depends on the size of the league. Assuming a relatively deep league, he's a decent option to ride while he's hot. But don't be afraid to cut ties if/when he starts to slow.

Looking at your roster, no he is not a viable option.

Yeah, I don't see where you could use him...you have better UT players than Sheff.

I think he's worth a shot as a replacement to an injured stud for a short while, but as mentioned, if he gets cold, just cut bait.
